How many ribs fit?

Will it fit under my BBQ lid?
It’s 42cm long, 18.5cm wide and 13cm tall. If your barbie has a hood, check there’s 13cm of clearance under it with the ribs in.
Is it just for ribs?
No. It’s made for big cuts of meat as well.
How do I clean it?
Once it’s cooled down, wash it in warm soapy water and dry it straight away.
