Where does the grease go?
It drips off the bacon into a well at the bottom of the rack instead of onto the flames, which stops flare-ups.

How do I clean it?
Once it’s cooled down, wash it in warm soapy water and dry it straight away. Skip the steel wool: it’s non-stick.
